Mary McCauley - 3D Fiber Artist


Mary McCauley inspired the audience with her Wednesday evening presentation at our meeting. She has developed techniques for constructing fascinating and beautiful sculptures from fabric and other fibers. She brought many of her award winning works and delighted us with her explanations and stories.

Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum Partner


Estes Valley Quilt Guild has recently joined Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum as a supporting partner. Our partnership comes with benefits including a trunk show and program at a future meeting here in Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum is currently hosting Quilting - Past, Present, and Future, an exhibit by Front Range Contemporary Quilt Guild which will be on display through July 29, 2014. 

The museum is located at 1213 Washington Avenue, Golden, Colorado. The hours are: 
  • Monday - Saturday 10:00-4:00
  • Sunday 11:00-4:00

It is well worth a trip to Golden to see the current exhibits and visit the museum gift shop. The museum's website contains a lot of interesting information so visit it as well by clicking here.
