Donna Mae Norris, Border Expert



Donna Mae Norris (far left) treated us to a trunk show of her quilts featuring interesting and unique borders. She described the value of borders and the ways in which they can enhance a quilt. We came away with lots of new ideas.


 

 


 
 
Because she couldn't attend the meeting, Jeanne Allen brought a "virtual" Joanie Jonell for the vote for 2016 officers. The actual Joanie was voted in as president.
 

 
 
Our own guild members have been especially busy creating quilts which they were proud to show.
